Excavate > Back Fill > Install Seamlessly

Step 1:

The first step in the Turf Installation process is to kill the sod, remove 3-4″ and cover any sprinklers.

Step 2:

The second step is to prepare the lawn for compacting. This is done by leveling out the lawn and ensuring that it will drain properly.

Step 3:

The next step is to compact the lawn so that the turf and installation materials can be laid down smoothly and properly.

Step 4:

The ground is then covered by a weed barrier to prevent any weeds from growing through the turf’s surface.

Step 5:

After the weed barrier is in place, the turf is rolled out onto the lawn.

Step 6:

The turf is then cut to fit the lawn and a seam is planned to install the turf as clean as possible.

Step 7:

Nails are then applied 18-24″ apart throughout the lawn and every 2-3″ around the perimeter to hold the turf in place.

Step 8:

Infill is then added to the turf and a broom roller is used to distribute the infill evenly.

Step 9:

The lawn is then finished and ready to be enjoyed!
