We started as a turf company because Mitch couldn’t stop noticing one thing all over SoCal: ugly turf. The shiny stuff. The stiff stuff. The “why does my lawn look like a green carpet?” stuff.
So he did what a normal person definitely wouldn’t do. He spent 10 years designing and dialing in turf that actually looks real, holds up to California heat, and stays environmentally responsible for our local communities.
And as Southern California homeowners started facing bigger outdoor challenges — droughts, wildfires, and even those surprise heavy rains — we evolved too. Today, we build outdoor spaces that don’t just look good… they’re designed for the way SoCal really lives.
